Airtel, After JioPhone now Airtel announce his new Smartphone at Rs. 1399. It means now the race of the cheapest 4G phones is on. Airtel which is the largest telecom operator company in India decides to launch their cheapest smartphone to give some competition to JioPhone. Now let me tell you that the JioPhone is just a feature phone with some smart feature but on the other side the Airtel A40 is a proper smartphone with very cheap price tag.
Airtel Announced on the A40 Indian phone which is made by Karbonn. It’s a 4G smartphone with is cheap price of Rs. 1399. Yes it’s cheaper than JioPhone which comes on price of Rs. 1500 which is refundable with some terms and conditions but let me tell you that the Airtel A40 Indian come with Dual SIM and fully loaded with Google Apps and Playstore and also loaded with other apps like Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp.
So now lets me show you some Features Comparisons between JioPhone vs. Airtel A40 Indian.
Let’s start the comparison with JioPhone which comes with small and decent display of 2.40-Inch with a resolution of 240 pixels by 320 pixels. It is powered by 1.2GHz dual-core SPRD processor and it has 512MB of RAM. The phone come with 4GB of internal Storage which is expandable up to 128GB. This phone feature with 2MP rear Camera and 0.3MP front facing camera. And it has only a single SIM slot which is locked with Jio network. Which mean you cannot use any other network’s SIM in this phone. It’s also come with NFC support.
Now on the other hand let’s see the specifications of Airtel A40 Indian which is not a feature phone it’s a smartphone according to the Airtel. Now this phone has a bigger display as compare to JioPhone it has a 4-Inch display with the resolution of 800 pixels by 480 pixels which is not a HD display. It is powered with 1.3GHz MediaTek processor. There’s a 2MP rear camera and 0.3MP front facing camera. It has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 32GB only which is less than JioPhone. But the best part of this phone has the dual SIM slot and you can use any Network’s SIM you want. This phone doesn’t have NFC support.
